As Women and Girls Campaign Coordinator, I lift up the voices of women faith leaders, encourage Christians to combat domestic and sexual violence in the church and through the church, and advocate for criminal justice reform for women and girls. Before joining the Sojourners' team, I primarily pursued garden and farming projects with refugees and wrote stories about women who are cooler than I am. I'm thankful to the International Rescue Committee in San Diego and the Women PeaceMakers Program at the Kroc Institute for Peace and Justice for those foundational work and life experiences.
