Rev. Dr. Johnson, Ph.D. has worked at the intersections of community transformation, diversity and inclusion, social change and faith, organizational capacity expansion, and leadership development for more than two decades. Diane has trained, consulted and partnered with more than eight thousand individuals and organizations representing: colleges, universities and K-12 educational institutions; local, state, and federal governmental agencies; socially responsible businesses; religious institutions, multi-national corporations; community based organizations; philanthropic entities and foundations; and arts and culture institutions. Diane’s areas of expertise include transformative change management; cultural capacity and competency, partnership development and coalition building; workforce development; community engagement; group process; conflict resolution; problem solving and group facilitation; collaborative leadership; mindfulness, work-life balance, spirituality and contemplative practice. She has recently joined the Atlanta-based Center for Progressive Renewal as a Senior Consultant offering executive coaching, organizational development consulting and leadership development for clergy and denominational leaders.
